Two Houses, one garage and two sheds ESTATE SALE/PART 1 OF 2!
I have passed by these two houses for years never realizing they were not occupied.
However, just because no one lives there full time, that does not mean there are no treasures to be found.
The home was built in 1910, and was remodeled in the early 90's. Most of the houses on the street directly behind the Milton Fire Department have or have had family members related to one another, however we are focusing on the main house at 6643 Ravine St. Milton, Fl.

The home was lived in by family until approx '85-'86; since then it was remodeled.
It was a home that was to be used for family members to gather for holidays and vacations after the remodel in 1990.
Kind of like a modern-day Airbnb, but just for family. I was told it has been used probably a dozen times sense then.
Inside the home when I got there to set up there was a place for everything and every thing in its place.
Every stick of furniture, every piece of decor, every tool, every everything has a meaning and a story. When you come to the sale you will be offered a booklet composed of things I've been told about the family and different items there. The history of this home is amazing, along with the people associated with the property. It would be wise of anyone coming to the sale to set aside more than a couple minutes to look around. There is truly a lot to be seen and explored.
