Down-sizing/Living Estate Sale on Indian Creek Court

Dates: Fri, Aug 18th - Sat, Aug 19th 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: 6717 Indian Creek Court Milton, FL 32570​

The residents of this lovely home have decided to move South to be with their children. They are leaving behind items they won’t be using or need anymore.

The number of woodworking tools is amazing.
There's several vintage/antique pieces including a wardrobe, two tier occasional table, sea shell back chairs and a Hoosier dining table with chairs, among other things of approx the same age.

We have:
yard tools, a push lawn mower,
We have hand tool and mechanical tools too.
Welding equipment
And many other things you need to look thru to appreciate.

And by the way. The house as well as the shop are airconditioned.

You only have to endure the heat from your vehicle to the house. Unless your vehicle doesn’t have an AC. Then you will really be glad to get out of the heat.

You are being invited to come shop, socialize, meander around, and then shop some more. As always, we appreciate your business. And we are thankful for your support in our endeavors .

Mr.& Mrs. Herb Bakers Estate Sale Continues! - This Friday

​The sale from last week left some things remaining.
I feel that I owe it to my CLIENTS to give the sale two more days of selling . With discounts.
I am so thankful and honored that the Baker family has entrusted Coffields Estate Sales with their parents' belongings . I’m not going to even attempt to list the Items. Just know you will be glad you stopped by.

The Estate Sale of Herbert Alden and Wanda Odom Baker - Starts Thursday, Aug 3rd!

Dates: Thu, Aug 3rd - Sat, Aug 5th 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: 6000 Breckenridge Drive Milton, FL 32570

I am so thankful and honored that the Baker family has entrusted Coffields Estate Sales with their parents' belongings.

While walking through the Bakers home, I had  a peaceful feeling that came over me. A feeling of love, dedication & family.

There is no way I could list everything that’s there  so I will  show you examples of some of the things with pictures , but please realize there  is so much more.
