Chuck loved the freedom and adventure that life had to offer. He especially enjoyed riding his motorcycle, traveling, and spending time out on his boat. When he was on his motorcycle, his CB handle was “Sunchaser”, a name that fit him perfectly. That is exactly what he did-he chased the sun on each and every ride, enjoying the open road, the freedom of the motorcycle, and wherever the next adventure might take him.
His favorite saying was “Enjoy life”, and he truly tried to do just that. He believed in making the most of each day, enjoying new adventures, and creating memories with people he loved.

"Garnett and Anita Breeding were married in 1953. As a Navy military family, they traveled the country, raising three kids. They were stationed at Whiting Field in 1969. Both were actively involved in the community, gardening, and Bagdad Methodist Church."

I asked Mr and Mrs Farrs Daughter to please tell me something about her Momma and Daddy and this is what she told me,

"First And foremost my parents loved the Lord, they walked the journey of life in his sunlight. They lived a Christian lifestyle of honoring the 10 commandments, especially love and honor your neighbor. They were known for their generosity, helpful nature, kind and gentle souls since they arrived in Jay FL late 80's. They were married in the early 50's and were devoted to each other everyday.

My mother sold Avon for more than 50 years, my dad was a member of the IBEW Electrical Brotherhood for 58 years. My dad was known for growing wonderful veggies, flowers and keeping the yard pin neat."

There is a lot of things to look thru at this sweet home. Its full ,so you probably need to alot yourself some extra time to go thru the House, Shed and Garage.

I’ve known My Friend Brenda since the
late 70s when we lived one street over from each other in Navy Housing. It was then Capehart Housing and is now Whiting Pines. A lot of the wives in the neighborhood would meet at Brenda's in the mornings for Coffee.
These meetings would usually end with us talking about different pieces of furniture in our houses that we were tired of but didn't really want to get rid of. All of us would trade back and forth. Spouses would leave for work and come home to a newly designed bedroom or living room. And then when we got tired again, we would trade back. Sounds crazy, but that's the way we kept ourselves entertained. And the craziest part of the trading process was watching these wives tote as hard as it was from one house to another and to another before their husbands got home. And yes, Brenda was the instigator in all of these goings on.
By the way, I know none of that had anything to do with the sale. But it's always been etched in my brain, and I had to let out. I always thought it was funny.
Brenda was always doing Avon,  Tupperware, Home Interior, Amway, and let us not forget the Mary Kaye PARTIES. She had them all.
She enjoyed earning Hostess Gifts as well as the rest of us.
And now all the Tupperware and Home Interior that she earned and purchased way back then are now available for purchase. Plus more that she has collected since.
You will also see many linens, sheets, towels, comforters, throws, blankets, tablecloths, placemats, curtains (FYI)All the bed linen is either Queen or King,
She loved playing(working ) in her yard.
You'll find that her whole back yard and the sitting area under the awning in the back have Patio Furniture and water fountains. Random animal figures, plants, pots, chimes, and all kinds of yard art.
There is also whimsical art all through the yard. You have to look
Little sheds with all the yard tools, a bigger shed with yard supplies (fertilizer, mulch, etc.), and another shed that's actually a music room with musical instruments and various supplies in half. And the other half has Christmas decor.
Inside the front of the 2-car awning, some shelves and tables are holding flats and other containers of nuts, bolts, screws, zip ties, ropes, and closures in general.
In the big shed, you'll find every tool imaginable.
Along with mowers, there are generators, gas cans, tools, Tool Boxes, and electric tools
We also have A 36 ft refurbished pull-behind camper trailer perfect for a hunting or fishing camp, or if you need a place for a guest to stay, it would be perfect for any of these things and more. There is also a roof for that, which could be bought with the camper or separately.
When you come to the sale, there is so much more than what is listed. So be prepared to plunder and not rush; you don't want to miss anything.
Thank you for reading the ad, and I hope to see you there.
